Why we don't show fake "operational" pills.
Public status pages are useful only when they reflect real telemetry. Showing static green dots on a page that isn't connected to anything would be theatre — and the kind of thing we promise customers we won't do. We'd rather ship the real status page than fake the one customers expect to see.
