How do team licenses work?

Team bundles cover a set number of seats for eligible products. Invite colleagues from your receipt email — if something fails, open the support form with your order ID.

Where do I download purchases?

Downloads live in your Studio account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, search your inbox for the receipt — it contains a secure link to re-authenticate.

Do you offer invoices for companies?

Yes — VAT/GST details can be added at checkout where supported. For purchase orders or vendor onboarding, use the sales contact form with jurisdiction and entity name.

What are support hours?

We reply to Studio billing and access issues on weekdays — median first response within one business day. Severity-1 outages are handled as incidents (see /status).

How do we onboard our workspace?

Start with the in-product checklist — it configures roles, integrations, and retention settings. Enterprise customers receive a shared onboarding doc from our team.

Is SAML available?

SAML SSO ships on Enterprise plans for supported products. We provide metadata exchange and test logins before you cut over production traffic.

How does billing work?

Self-serve plans bill monthly or annually by card; Enterprise can invoice with agreed payment terms. Taxes appear at checkout based on your address.

Where do I report a bug?

Open the support form with reproduction steps — screen recordings help. Include workspace ID (non-secret) when our team already knows your account.

Cloud saves are not syncing — what now?

Sign out and back in on a single device first. If progress still diverges, open the support form with platform, build number, and approximate last-good save time.

How do in-app purchases appear on statements?

Charges typically show the platform merchant (App Store / Play) or Acilox Arcade depending on path. Keep email receipts for refund eligibility questions.

Do you support family sharing?

Platform rules apply — where the platform offers family libraries, we follow their policies. Specific titles may differ; check each product page.

Can we stream or monetize gameplay?

Community guidelines vary by title. Use the press contact form with links to your channel — we respond with the rules for that release.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

Use the subscribe link on the Reads page or follow the RSS feed at /rss.xml. One click to unsubscribe, always.

Can we republish an essay?

Use the press contact form with your outlet, proposed headline, and excerpt length. We grant permission selectively and require canonical links.

RSS is behaving oddly in my reader

Try removing and re-adding the feed — we stabilize GUIDs on each publish. If items duplicate, open the support form with your reader name and version.

Do you take topic requests?

We read suggestions sent via the contact form (subject: editorial). We cannot respond to every idea — when a pitch fits our roadmap, our editors will follow up.
