Refunds & Cancellations.
This policy describes how Acilox LLP (“Acilox,” “we,” “our”) handles refunds and cancellations. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and any product-specific terms presented at purchase.
Acilox Studio (digital downloads)
For eligible Studio purchases, we offer a 14-day, no-questions money-back guarantee if you have not downloaded the product more than once. If you exceed that download threshold, we may decline a refund except where required by law; we may still consider discretionary refunds in exceptional cases.

Acilox Labs (SaaS subscriptions)
Pro-rated refund: If you are on a paid Labs plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription period, subject to verification and fraud checks.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. After the first 30 days, we do not refund fees for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
Acilox Arcade (in-app purchases)
Purchases made through mobile or desktop app stores are processed by the platform (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Those platforms’ refund and cancellation policies apply. Contact the platform’s support for purchase disputes.
EU consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for distance contracts, subject to exceptions. For digital content, if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, downloading or accessing the content may constitute that waiver where permitted by law. We will present any required consents at checkout where applicable.
How we process refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on banks and payment processors. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact your payment provider and us promptly.
