Privacy — Studio.

This is the division-specific privacy notice for Acilox Studio. It supplements the master privacy policy.

What Studio processes

Studio sells digital products (templates, toolkits, and related files). Processing that is specific or most relevant to Studio includes:

Order and fulfillment data

When you purchase, we process your name, billing email, order identifiers, currency and amount, tax details where collected, and fulfillment status. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor; we typically receive limited billing metadata and tokens rather than full card numbers.

License keys and entitlements

We issue and validate license keys or equivalent entitlements to control authorized use. Associated records may include device or activation counts depending on the product.

Download logs

We log download events to enforce license terms, prevent abuse, and provide support (for example, verifying whether a refund threshold was met).

Customer-uploaded assets (if any)

If a Studio product allows uploads (for example, conversion or personalization features), we process those files solely to provide the feature and as described at the point of collection.

Support requests

If you contact Studio support, we process the content of your message and related metadata to resolve your request.

Payment processing — current and roadmap

We use third-party payment processors to collect payments. Lemon Squeezy and Stripe are the processors we use or plan to use (one as current, the other as an alternative or roadmap option depending on product and region). The processor that applies to your transaction is identified at checkout.

Email delivery

Transactional and product email (receipts, download links, updates) may be sent through our email delivery provider Buttondown or comparable infrastructure configured for Studio.
