Privacy — Labs.

This is the division-specific privacy notice for Acilox Labs. It supplements the master privacy policy.

What Labs processes

Labs provides hosted software for teams. Processing that is specific or most relevant to Labs includes:

Account and organization data

We process user profiles, organization names, domains where verified, roles, invitations, and billing contacts for workspaces you create or join.

In-product usage telemetry

We collect usage telemetry to understand reliability, feature adoption, and product quality — for example, page or screen views within the app, client version, error events, and coarse performance timings. Where we offer optional analytics or diagnostics, you may limit collection in product settings where available; core operational telemetry needed for security and billing may remain.

Audit logs

We maintain administrative and security audit logs (such as sign-ins, configuration changes, and exports) to detect abuse and support enterprise compliance needs.

Support tickets

Content you provide in support conversations may include reproduction steps and sample data; treat shared data as you would confidential business information.

Customer content

You store content in Labs workspaces. As between you and Acilox, that content is your data. We process it to provide the service — including indexing, search, backups, and encryption where enabled — and as described in our agreement with you.

Backups and retention

We retain backups for disaster recovery and account restoration for a limited period consistent with our technical architecture. Deletion in the product may not immediately remove all copies from backups; we purge backups on rolling schedules.

Data Processing Addendum

For business customers, our Data Processing Addendum describes how we process personal data as a processor on your behalf.
