Privacy — Arcade.

This is the division-specific privacy notice for Acilox Arcade. It supplements the master privacy policy.

What Arcade processes

Arcade ships games and consumer applications. Processing that is specific or most relevant to Arcade includes:

Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers

We may use device or installation identifiers generated by the platform or our SDKs to understand crashes, sessions, and basic install counts. These identifiers are not intended to identify you by name without additional data.

In-app analytics events

We collect gameplay and product analytics — for example, level progression, session length, and feature usage — at an aggregate or pseudonymous level. We design these events to avoid collecting unnecessary personally identifiable information (“PII”).

Age gate

Our default age threshold is 13+ where permitted. For users under 13, we require parental consent in markets where required by COPPA, India’s DPDP framework for children, or equivalent rules. Arcade titles may present an age gate before play or purchase.

Advertising

We do not run targeted advertising to users under 18. We do not use behavioral advertising in our Arcade titles as described in this notice.

In-app purchases

Purchases are completed through platform stores (for example, Apple or Google). Those platforms process payment data under their policies; we receive limited transaction metadata to grant entitlements.
