Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of websites, products, and services operated by Acilox LLP (“Acilox,” “we,” “our”). It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You may not use our services to create, store, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law or promotes illegal activity;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• Contains malware, exploits, or instructions intended to harm systems or users;
• Sexualizes minors or endangers child safety;
• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups;
• Constitutes hate speech or extremist content under applicable law;
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or doxxing.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications without lawful consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our services at scale without written permission;
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except as part of our coordinated disclosure program;
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, billing controls, or security measures;
• Mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure without authorization;
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices;
• Use AI features to generate unlawful content, automate abuse, or evade safety controls.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, notify law enforcement where appropriate, and cooperate with valid legal process. We may take interim action to protect users and systems before a full investigation concludes.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse, safety concerns, or suspected violations to abuse@acilox.com. Include URLs, timestamps, and a concise description. We cannot always provide detailed outcomes due to privacy and safety constraints.
