Accessibility Statement.
Acilox LLP (“Acilox,” “we,” “our”) aims to make our public websites and customer-facing experiences usable by people with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance goal, how we test, known gaps, and how to request help.
Conformance target
We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for web content we control. Some third-party embeds or integrated services may not fully meet that bar; we select vendors with accessibility in mind and track remediation.
How we test
We combine automated checks using axe-core with manual keyboard navigation passes on primary flows (navigation, forms, and key interactive components). Testing occurs during development and before major releases where feasible.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may have temporary gaps — for example, complex data visualizations, third-party widgets, or legacy PDFs. If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we will work to provide an alternative format or reasonable accommodation where practicable.
Feedback and accommodations
Email accessibility@acilox.com with a description of the issue, the page URL, and your preferred contact method. We aim to respond within ten business days for accessibility requests.
